Ordering online

Ordering online is very easy at Scholtens Workplace.
Find the product you want and configure it with the options you want.
The total price you see is the price including the selected options.
If you wish to order the product, click ‘add to cart’.
A new screen now opens where you can see exactly which products you have selected and what the total price is, both including and excluding VAT.
You can now click the checkout button right away to continue with the order.
If you would like to order additional products, do not click on “checkout” but on the cross in the upper right corner to return.

After clicking the “checkout” button, a new screen will appear where you can enter all your information.
If you want your order delivered to a different address, please check the ‘deliver to a different address’ box at the bottom of the page.
Once you have entered all the details correctly, click on the payment method button.
A new screen opens where you can select the desired payment method (see also below for payment options).
Then click the checkout button.

A new overview screen now opens.
We ask you to double-check all details before you finally proceed to order and pay.
Possibly you can look at our terms and conditions now, see the link at the bottom right of the page.
If all the information is correct, click the check mark in the lower right corner for approval and then the checkout button.

You will now enter the payment environment.
Depending on the payment method chosen, you now follow the steps on the screen.
If payment is successful you will receive a confirmation email of your order and payment shortly thereafter.
We will then start working on your order immediately and you will receive the invoice and the date we will deliver your order within 1 business day.

Order by email

Send us an email with the product you wish to order. Possibly with a link to the product on our website.
Do you have a special request? Let us know.
In your email, please include your name and address (any different delivery address) and phone number.
We will then create the order and send you a confirmation email with a payment link.
This will take you to the online payment platform where you can choose which way you want to pay (credit card, PayPal, Ideal).

We can also take your order by phone. Call 020-4234100 and let us know what your needs are.

Pay

In-store payment

When purchasing in our store in Amsterdam, you can pay with Pin or cash. If you want to pay by other means, we will send you a payment link by email.
This will take you to the online payment platform where you can choose which way you want to pay (credit card, PayPal, Ideal).

When making a purchase in our store in Den Bosch, you will always receive a confirmation email with a payment link afterwards.
This will take you to the online payment platform where you can choose which way you want to pay (credit card, PayPal, Ideal).

Pay online

Your online payment will be handled by Payment Service Provider Mollie. Mollie enables online payments in this web shop by offering online payment methods such as iDEAL and PayPal, and Mollie takes care of handling your transaction. Mollie is only responsible for handling your payment and has no influence on the delivery of your online purchases.

iDEAL

For consumers and business customers. Processing: immediate. With iDEAL you can pay directly, easily and securely in the familiar internet payment environment of your own bank. You log into the bank in the usual way. After payment, you will also immediately receive confirmation that you have paid and that your order has been placed.

PayPal

PayPal is a secure way to pay online without sharing your information.
When checking out with PayPal, you can choose the Postpayment option.
Upon completing your purchase, PayPal pays the seller for you and the money is not withdrawn from your bank account until 21 days later.
