Shipping & Returns
What are the shipping costs for a product?
In the store, you can pay directly with Pin and Apple Pay.
You can also pay afterwards when purchasing in-store via a payment link you receive from us.
You then have the same payment options as buying online.
If you order online, you can pay with American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Ideal, Paypal, BanContact and KBC.
Business customers can order by invoice.
Are the products delivered fully assembled?
Shipping on all our products is completely free.

Can I return the chair if I am not satisfied with the product?
Fortunately, it is rare, but should a product prove damaged upon delivery, please notify us as soon as possible.
We will then ensure that your product is exchanged for a new product.

Customers who buy in the store receive detailed explanations from us.
If you buy online you will receive an instructional video from us.

Where is your store located in Amsterdam?
You can find us at IJburglaan 467, 1087 BE, Amsterdam. From the A10 ring road, we are very easy to reach (take exit S114 IJburg). For further information, see our contact page.
Can I easily park near the store?
Yes, there is plenty of (paid) parking available.
Can I reach you by public transport?
We are also easily accessible by public transportation. Take streetcar 26 from CS Amsterdam and get off at the Vennepluimstraat stop.
Then it is a 5-minute walk to our store.
When are you open?
Our store in Amsterdam is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00-17:30 am.
You can drop by without an appointment.
