The Herman Miller Sayl office chair is quick and easy to adjust, has great armrests, good low back support, making it a good choice for all-day work. If the chair is used intensively, we recommend adding “forward tilt” for optimal back support. The Herman Miller Sayl is less suitable with very light or heavy weight.
